Perth’s Longest Lunch Brightwater Care Group

THE BRIEF
To create a new event concept in the philanthropic landscape for Brightwater Care Group. A forward thinking organisation, Brightwater – who offer aged and disability care – approached DG global to assist in growing their fundraising strategy with the introduction of live events.
THE OUTCOME
Perth’s Longest Lunch was unveiled for the first time in 2015 to roaring success. With nearly 800 tickets sold and funds in excess of $200,000 raised, it was a resounding applause to the concept and way in which the event was formatted. With a focus on delivering guests a culinary experience, Crown Perth delivered a six-course paired dining experience, while DG global produced an event full of pop-up entertainment moments to surprise and delight the audience. With bespoke table settings to accomodate 10 to 52 guests, the room layout was unique and stepped away from a traditional ballroom setting. Each year the event has been a success with increased ticket sales, and essential funds raised for the Brightwater Care Group.
