To design and execute a premium, off-site brand activation for the all new Audi Q7 in collaboration with Audi Centre Perth. DG global were tasked with end-to-end event management services from location scouting site management, food and beverage design, styling, talent and logistics.
DG global successfully activated an impressive outdoor event for Audi Centre Perth,
at one of Perth’s top beachside locations. With an overwhelming response to the event, over 500 Audi customers came together on a stunning Perth day to get up close and personal with the all-new Audi Q7, whilst being entertained in style. Creative styling saw the space transformed into a Hamptons inspired family friendly garden party, complete with signature picnic Pimms, live cooking stations, a gelato cart, fairy floss station, and cake and coffee stalls.
Specialised zones were created to showcase the key offerings of the family SUV, with suitable staging and entertainment in each. A large central bar hub created the perfect relaxed meeting point for guests, whilst three large Zest
Group tipi marquees provided the perfect shade for additional bars, DJs and live vehicle demonstrations occurring every hour. A truly spectacular event on both scale and execution precision.
