Create and produce the inaugural International Asia Pacific Insurance Conference (APIC). Establish a brand identity, detailed operation plans and infrastructure to build a 3 day conference program in Singapore.
Financial management of all revenue and expenses was facilitated by DG global finance teams including the facilitation of multiple foreign currencies, Reconciled to regular financial reports to the organising committee. Management of cashflow, forecasting, and budgeting in line with variable swings in projected attendance numbers resulted in the DG finance and operations teams working closely to continually adapt the conference deliverables to ensure profit targets were met. Onsite, our conference team delivered end to end management of conference logistics and operations, including venue/F&B management , AV production, delegate collateral, registration and accommodation, program and speaker management, film and media as well as a multiple venue social program. Delegate funded tours tours outside of the conference program were also facilitated and managed by the team.
